Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) is a combination of punches, kicks, knees and elbows, combined with grappling and groundwork – basically what you see on UFC and Cage Rage etc. No-Gi Jiu Jitsu is similar to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) but is done in normal gym wear not the martial arts suit (Gi) normally worn. All are great for fitness and suitable for any level from complete novice to pro fighter.

October 17th 2009 see’s Brazilian Top Teams Przemyslaw “Misiek” Mysiala fight for the CFC light heavy weight championship World title. The top ranked light heavy weight has beaten all 3 of his last opponents in the first round and all of them in under 2 minutes. This time he faces Rodney Glunder, a serious Mixed Martial Artist from the Netherlands, who is currently the CFC world champion.
He brings with him 46 professional fights and a long list of top class competitions, he has been in there with the very best and has some good wins over world class fighters, he has fought Renato” Babalu” Sobral (UFC, Affliction, current strikeforce LHW Champion) James zikic (UFC, CFC, Cage Rage), Gilbert Yvel (pride, M-1, Affliction) Alistair Overeem (pride, Dream, current Strikeforce HW champion) Melvin Manhoef (M-1, Dream, K-1) Valentijn Overeem (pride, senguko, M-1) Cheick Kongo (UFC) Paul Cahoon (cage gladiators, cage rage, M-1, sengoku, CFC) to name a few.
But we are confident that after a hard well rounded training camp, Misiek will show the world why he is one of the best up and comers in the sport and this will only strengthen his case as to why he should be given the chance in one of the top MMA organisations.
