We are getting ready for the MMA League, coming to BST Northampton tomorrow! It’s going to be a packed day, weigh in is at 9am first bout is at 10am and should be finishing by 6pm. But there’s no chance to rest because it’s straight off to Larva and Ignite for Battle Arena! It should be great day, check back here for all of the results!  Please note – because of the MMA League there will be  none of the usual classes on tomorrow – Beginner’s Muay Thai, Advanced Muay Thai, Boxing, MMA Sparring and Kid’s MMA are all cancelled.

BST are bringing you a much sought after experience – the chance to train like and MMA professional with Alistair Overeem’s MMA coach Martijn de Jong! It’s all happening on Sunday 20th February from 11am – 2pm, the cost is £30 per person but places are limited so book now to avoid disapointment.

BST Northampton is holding a Judo seminar this Sunday 30th January hosted by Tony Skinner, former England Judo coach. Times are 11am – 2pm so it’s a great chance to learn some takedowns and technique from a judo master! Entry is just £5 so book your place quick! Just finished boxing, worked on some techniques, then sparring and finally some nice sprints to finish off! The class is growing though, boxing is Monday-Friday 10.00 – 11.00 and Saturday 10.30-11.30 hope to see you there!

BST MMA are holding our annual Christmas party… and you’re all invited! It’s starting at 8pm at Bar 94 located at 94 Bridge Street, Northampton. We’ve got a great night planned with a few surprises so whether you train here every day or have just started, we hope to see you all there!

Well done to everyone who competed in yesterday’s MMA Interclub, we saw some brilliant fights in the cage and had a great day, next one is early next year so keep watching this space for details!

MMA Interclub Flyer BST MMA are holding our second Interclub this Sunday 12th December. Fights start at 12.30 so if you’re not fighting come down a show your support, we had a great day at the last one and we’re hoping to better it this time! BST MMA are now offering massage, by our fully qualified massage therapist Hayley. Hayley works for Dermalogica, travelling across the country in top class salons but has agreed to come in once a month  to treat us! Prices are £30 for a full body massage and £15 for a half body massage – these are heavily discounted rates so take advantage and treat yourself!
