Fresh through the door today, we have  new MMA equipment and fan wear – replen stock of gloves and shins from Hayabusa, as well as Jacko and Sprawl shorts, these are available in house ( at the Northampton gym site).

Summer Holiday Happenings:

Just a reminder about our kids summer training camp, slots still available for the current block as well as future starts dates of 9th August and 23rd August. You can also bring the kids along on a drop in basis (for more info, ask at reception or mail Andy, andy@bstmma.com). Don’t let boredom rule, bring the kids along to gain skill and confidence!

BST Gym Challenge:

Finally sending a word out to the competitive amongst us , BST current gym challenge is coming to an end with the final date of Saturday 7th August. As usual the winners of each group will walk away with £100 worth of goodies, this month’s challenges are:

Fastest 2.5 kilometers  on the treadmill

Most bench press of own body weight

Longest “Plank”
