May is coming to  a close and boy is the temperature rising! Bank holiday is going to be a big one and here at BST we won’t be slowing down no matter how hot it gets!

Naz Fights this weekend and BST fight team are getting ready for clean sheet over summer.

One of our pro fighters Naz is getting ready for a fight this weekend. He’s been training hard and hopes to stop his so far unlucky streak with a win this weekend.

We also have Dean, Jodan, Matthew, Gareth and Nathan all hoping to win at a local event “MMA Battle Arena” after a great performance at the last show we are sure that they will continue our success on local shows.

Don’t forget Ladies boxing is well underway on Tuesday mornings (9.30 am til 10.30 am)  Plus book in at reception for Yoga and Pilates sessions.

Finally here’s the bank holiday opening times, no excuses for not knowing!

Sunday 30th: 12pm-4pm

Monday 31st: 10am-11am (Boxing as usual) CLOSED UNTIL 5pm til 10pm
