The next few months see BST coaches and regulars Samir, Alexandre, Kieran, Naz and Matthew getting ready for an array up and coming fights. After some very successful fight camps, we are confident that they will have the best possible preparation and support to get them in great condition.

Samir is coming to the end of his training camp, getting ready for his fight on the Fight Star promotion on the 25th of April. The event in Stevenage, signifies his return to the fight scene after a couple of years out; and he is hoping to make his MMA comeback with a win!!

Alexandre is looking to end his recent streak of bad luck -  with the introduction of a new team, including new boxing coach, new strength and conditioning coach and a brand new facility, we are sure he can transfer his world class BJJ skills over to MMA and get back on track.
Matthew, Kieran and Naz all  fight over the next few months, there are also a few promotions up and coming that the BST team will be getting involved with, with so much on the cards, it’d looking like a long hard summer ahead . . . .
