Improve Agility And Core Strength With Yoga And Pilates At BST

We’re drawing closer and closer to getting the full timetable operational, and our next phase is our Yoga and Pilates sessions. Suitable for anyone who wishes to improve flexibility, agility, core strength, balance and concentration, excellent for the muscles and circulation, this type of exercise provides a great way to stretch out the muscles, and keep the frame supple.

Yoga/Pilates will be morning sessions, Tuesdays 7.00am till 8.00am, and Fridays (3 sessions) 7.00am till 8.00am, 8.am till 9.00am and 9.00am till 10.am if you are interested you will need to let us know which day/slot you would like to attend, leave a comment below, email Andy, call us here at the club or alternatively you can book in at reception – as soon as we’ve got an idea of which days and times are popular we will get the classes up and going, so what are you waiting for . . . .
